Merchandise for touring artists  /  sheet 01 of 01

You wrote the lines. We build the rest.

A merch operation has twelve moving parts. We fund them, assemble them and run them. You approve the artwork and take a share of every sale.

The range

We build the merch business. You just approve it.

Built from your specials, your records and the lines people already quote back at you — priced from an impulse buy to the top of the range.

Every design goes in front of you before anything goes live — you wave through what works and kill what doesn’t. Illustrative mockups; each range is drawn from scratch against your own material.

What we run

Designing shirts and putting up a store is two of these twelve.

What you do
Approve.
You pay up front
$0

Then you get paid monthly. That is the whole job.

And the job is a gate: we design → you approve → it goes live. Every product, every page, every time.

Three ways to cover the job.

You absorb it
Your hours

Off a tour, a record or a booking. And you front the print run.

What it costs you, every month
You hire for it
Your money

Paid before a single item sells — and a designer is one line, not the business.

What it costs you, every month
You hand it over
Nothing

We are paid out of profit that does not exist until we make it.

What it costs you: nothing, until it works
Why us

Everyone in merch funds the printing. Almost nobody funds the selling.

Print-on-demand platforms hand you a store and a base cost, then leave you to design the products, run the ads and carry the risk. “Keep 100%” quietly prices your time and your ad budget at zero.

Traditional merch houses licence the name and pay a royalty against a recoupable advance — built for stadium catalogues and estates.

Ten thousand people who already like you
Becomes something they can hold
Becomes a name on the chest
Becomes money that arrives every month

Credit where it is due: the better print-on-demand platforms handle production, order support and sales-tax registration properly, and they take no cut of your margin. What none of them do is make the work or find the buyer. That is the half we fund.

Nothing up front

No fee, no retainer, no capital, no monthly cost. We fund the build, the stock risk and the ad budget out of our own pocket.

No equity, ever

We take a share of net profit while we run it — not a stake in your brand. Your name, likeness and catalogue stay 100% yours, permanently.

A split that tilts to you

Set out in full before you sign, and it moves in your favour as the business grows. The done-for-you operators keep theirs private.

Your range stays yours

We work on new products only. You keep 100% of the profit on everything you already sell, and every design we make is licensed to you.

No inventory.
No warehouse. No capital.

Nothing is printed until a fan has paid for it — so a design that flops costs you nothing.

01
A fan buys

On your store, or one we build.

02
It routes

To the print partner nearest them.

03
Printed & shipped

Direct, tracked. Returns come to us.

04
You get paid

Live dashboard, monthly statement.

One printer

In-house fulfilment centres across the US, Canada, the UK and the EU — the same operator and the same QC on every order.

No brokers

Not a routed network of third-party shops. Most orders are printed and dispatched in 2–5 working days.

Routed per order

A US order prints in the US, an EU order prints in the EU.

How we launch

Nothing about this
is improvised.

Four stages, each with the work finished before the next one starts — and each written down where you can read it, not described on a call.

Three parts  /  one mark  /  assembled in order
00

Built before you pay

The storefront, the range, the mockups and the retention flows — produced at our expense, and yours to keep.

01

One closed drop

Small, to a known list, on purpose. Nothing at this size can produce a surprise you have to answer for.

02

Standards, in writing

Dispatch, delivery and support times you can hold us to — and a month of our share back if we miss the last one.

03

A runbook you own

Suppliers, artwork, credentials, filings and macros — updated monthly, so your team could pick it up on a Monday.

Inside the store you run

We are added as a collaborator — never a password. The new range gets its own collection so reporting stays clean, and nothing else changes.

Who we are

Ten years building other people’s businesses.

ZakBrothers started in e-commerce in 2015 with Swegway — a seven-figure direct-to-consumer venture that worked with some of the largest names on YouTube and was covered by Tatler, Vanity Fair, the BBC, ABC and The Tab.

Since then we have built and operated e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands for private clients, high-net-worth individuals and corporates — almost all of it under confidentiality, in their name rather than ours. Divini is the part we can show you in full.

That is the arrangement here too it would be your name on it, not ours.

Send us a name
and a tour date.

We come back with a read on the catalogue, the range we would build from it and the first three drops — before anyone signs anything. No retainer, no minimum, no boxes in your hallway.
